Starneth BV is specialized in the development and execution of building the worlds largest observation wheels. This company is acquired by the Shining Star Group in 2008. It was originally established in Dubai by a group of people that have been working for Hollandia during the time it was involved in the London Eye project. Its objective is to supply the market with Giant Observation wheels on lump sum turnkey basis. For this new acquisition Shining Star is developing currently a new facility on its own premises, ready to be in June 09.
